Coyle Environmental Ltd is a leader in the field of Environmental Monitoring and Consulting, based in the West of Ireland and serving clients nationwide.

 

Role Description:

We are seeking an Environmental Consultant to join our team in a full-time capacity.  This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives on working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and seeks to progress professionally within the Environmental Sector.

The successful candidate will work as part of a team on projects across a wide range of sectors including the extractive industry and domestic, commercial and industrial developments. This role offers the unique opportunity to work on diverse projects in a supportive team. 

 

Key responsibilities & expectations;

·       Assist with projects from conception through completion with both clients, internal teams and external specialists to ensure successful delivery.

·       Communicating with team leads and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with all project requirements. 

·       Learn & develop skills as you progress through projects

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

·       Assist the team in delivering high-quality environmental consulting services to meet project objectives. 

·       Take ownership of tasks within projects from inception to completion.  

·       Actively involve yourself in our CPD Program.

·       Develop your network and key skills.

 

Essential Requirements:

·       Full Clean Driving Licence  

·       Enthusiasm for working in Environmental Consultancy.

·       Technical report writing skills

·       Excellent interpersonal skills

·       Basic knowledge of EU and Irish legislation and it’s practical applications.

·       Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

·       Capable of working independently and willingness to travel

·       Ability to work collaboratively

·       Excellent time management

 

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science or a related field.

 

Preferred:

·       Membership in a recognized environmental professional body (e.g., IEMA, IEI, IGI, CIWM, CIWEM, CIEEM)

·       Safe Pass

·       Manual Handling

·       First Aid
